Gold Seal is FLAT FEE driven; that size of debt portfolio determines the rate. Phase One employs Receivables Management strategies and is suited for Hospitals, Medical Facilities, distributors of Medical supplies, Universities, etc. This customer retention & recovery method, includes a combination of letters, telephone contact and client meetings. This will give both creditor and customer the opportunity to maintain business relationships.  Where no favorable results are met, we employ Phase two.

Phase Two will adapt strategies for Non-Performing Accounts, thus the introduction of assertive methods; direct letters, skip tracing activities, site visits-home or office and phone contacts.  By engaging us, you will have more time to focus on building your client portfolio, you will experience increased cash flow, reduce administrative workload, re-align your bad debt portfolio and motivate slow paying customers.
